For ease of use take a picture of your Build Stadium/Move Team window and post it. Use a free image hoster like imageshack.us to host it.
You do NOT have to completely rebuild a stadium every time you want to alter it. Simply post what changes you want done and I'll tell you how much it will cost to renovate it.
Moving, however, requires you to build a full stadium.
