Some Japanese players must be posted to play in the major leagues.
A player would be announced as posted and all teams have 4 days to PM me a silent bid. If I decide to bid I will sent my bid to another player who is not bidding on the player beforehand, as to stop foul play. The team who bids the most gets the right to negociate.
Once the posting is over the winner must have to negociate the contract. For instance, the first Japan import will be Daisuke Matsuzaka in the '06-'07 offseason. He will be seeking a 10-12mil/yr contract, however, due to his agent he will not settle for less than 15-18mil. If you fail to work out a contract the player must play in the Japanese league for another year and will be back the next to be signed.
Failure to negociate a contract will result in a refund of your posting bid.
Ridiculous bids made just to stop other teams from getting the player will be thrown out.
