This process is rather simple.
You post a topic with the player's name. Any team can now claim that player. In multiple claimings the team with the lowest win % wins the player. The offering team may either:
1) Give them the player
2) Negociate a trade
3) Tell them you don't wanna give them away.
If you pull the player out it may only be done once per season.
